Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, Group Buy & Tailgate Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns Process:

  • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary return instructions.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business day after receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that the refunded amount may exclude the original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
